I'm already overwhelmed - how can I add another programme to my life?
Rebel Heart is specifically designed for busy professionals. Sessions are in blocks with regular integration breaks, content is delivered in bite-sized chunks, and there's no pressure to "perform" or keep up. You work at your own pace, and many participants find they actually SAVE time by implementing the tools.
What if I can't attend all the live sessions?
All sessions are recorded and available for replay. Plus, the fortnightly schedule gives you flexibility. Many participants join some sessions live and watch others when it suits their schedule.
Is this just another time management course?
Absolutely not. This goes much deeper than time management. We address the root causes of overwhelm - your nervous system, hormonal cycles, patterns of thinking, and how to work WITH your body's natural rhythms rather than against them.
