Explore nervous system regulation and our internal cycles,

Learn somatic practices to reset and regulate

Understand what can get in the way when we try to tune into our bodies wisdom

Establish sustainable habits to regulate the nervous system and nourish the body

Where we will;

Explore how we want to express ourselves and what can get in the way.

Learn practices to full accept all parts of ourselves

Understand what we need to rise when we fall

Connect to what we want to create in the world

Throughout our time together I invite you to do all in- If nothing changes nothing changes.

During the programme you will be given the time and support to embed the changes to you are able to fully embody your own Rebel Heart
Finer details
· The teachings will run fortnightly from 26 Feb – 4 June (with integration break)
· Sessions will run for between 1 hour and 1 hr 30 mins
· All sessions will be recorded
· Option to add in 1:1 coaching to tailor your journey
