Before becoming a coach Kat had a successful 15 year career, leading Corporate Sponsorships and Partnerships for the world famous Edinburgh Arts Festivals.

Kat is a relationship builder and has developed and maintained many highly successful and long-term sponsorships within the arts world by fusing her creativity, passion and ability to see the synergy between business and the arts. Kat has worked with a wide range of organisations and brands including the New York Times, Royal Bank of Scotland, Virgin Money and Edinburgh Gin.

Transferring all those skills, Kat followed her intuition and became Lead Coach and Head of Sales for a 6 figure transformational coaching business . A highly sought after coach and respected within the industry she has coached 100’s of clients, connecting them to what they are capable of and to live a life which lights them up!
